Single-use packaging has come a long way. Most of the Kelly's range is made from renewable, recyclable or compostable materials — the kind of stuff customers actually feel good about taking home. Here's what your branded packaging will actually be made of.
PLA Bioplastic
A natural polyester derived from renewable plant material. Emits up to 80% less CO₂ than comparable traditional plastics. Composted in commercial facilities worldwide and holds multiple international composting certificates.
Bagasse Pulp
Made from a sugar cane manufacturing by-product called Bagasse — a renewable and abundant resource. Oven proof, microwavable and freezer friendly. 100% compostable and rapidly biodegradable, decomposing in just 180 days.
Palm Leaf
Made from naturally fallen palm tree leaves — collected, washed and moulded. One of the most natural materials available. No chemicals, dyes, glues, lacquers or toxins are used at any point in the manufacturing process.
Wood
A natural biodegradable material that's free from chemicals and other harmful products, and sourced from responsibly managed forests. A genuinely environmentally friendly alternative to plastic cutlery and serviceware.
Wheat
Wheat fibre is often considered an agricultural waste product — here it becomes a resourceful material for food packaging. An attractive, environmentally friendly and biodegradable option that lessens the burden on landfills.
Paper
Trustworthy and renewable, paper is an important raw material that replaces many everyday plastic products. Where possible we source from responsibly managed plantations. Naturally elegant and durable for food packaging.
PP (Polypropylene)
Crystal clear, functional, durable, resealable and reheatable. One of the most widely accepted materials for recycling, polypropylene is a food-safe plastic that performs across a huge range of packaging formats.
PVC
Polyvinyl Chloride offers excellent clarity, strength and sealing performance. A recyclable plastic material widely used in food packaging where a strong, clear presentation is needed.
PET / PETE
Polyethylene terephthalate is a lightweight plastic that is semi-rigid to rigid, making it impact resistant and ideal for protecting food or liquids. Widely accepted in recycling streams and entirely recyclable.

Flexible storage so you don't have to warehouse a year's worth at once. Pay as you draw down. Re-orders are simple — same artwork, no new setup.
