Build Your Career At Kelly's

An Australian family-owned wholesale beverage distributor based in Sunnybank Hills. We're always interested in hearing from people who want to grow with us — whether you're behind the wheel, behind a desk, or out building relationships with our customers.

Why Kelly's

Work With People Who Care

Kelly's is small enough that you'll know everyone's name, big enough that there's room to grow. Here's what makes the team tick.

🏠

Family Owned

Australian family-owned and operated since 2011. Decisions are made by people who actually work in the business, not by a distant head office.

🤝

Close-Knit Team

Small enough that you'll know everyone by name. The warehouse, sales, and office teams all work shoulder-to-shoulder out of Sunnybank Hills.

🎯

Real Variety

Wholesale beverage distribution touches everything — logistics, retail, hospitality, brand partners. No two days look the same.

📚

Hands-On Training

You don't need 10 years of experience to start here. We teach you the products, the systems, and the customers. Show up, ask questions, learn fast.

📊

Room To Grow

We're growing year-on-year and like promoting from within. A warehouse role can lead to logistics, sales, or operations as you learn the business.

🎄

Stable & Established

800+ products, hundreds of business customers across QLD and Northern NSW. A stable workplace in an industry that doesn't slow down.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Do I need experience to apply?
Depends on the role. Warehouse and customer service roles often suit candidates with less experience — we'll train you on our products, systems, and processes. Sales and accounts roles usually expect some prior experience in a similar setting. If you're keen and willing to learn, apply anyway.
I don't see a role for me listed — should I still apply?
Yes. We hire as we grow, and a lot of our team came in through a general expression of interest rather than a specific advertised role. If your skills line up with one of the role types above, send your CV in.
What are the working hours?
Most office, customer service, and warehouse roles are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Sales reps on the road have flexible hours within that range. Delivery driver hours can start earlier depending on the run.
Are roles full-time, part-time, or casual?
We have a mix. Most warehouse and office roles are full-time permanent. Some sales and casual warehouse positions are available depending on need. Mention your availability in your application.
Where is the workplace?
All roles are based at our warehouse in 215 Jackson Road, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109. Sales reps spend time on the road across SEQ and Northern NSW but are based out of Sunnybank Hills.
How long does the application process take?
It varies by role and how busy we are. Most applicants hear back from us within a week or two. If we have a current opening that fits, the full process — from application to start date — is usually 2–4 weeks.
Do I need a forklift / driver's licence?
For some roles, yes — delivery drivers need a current car / MR / HR licence depending on the vehicle, and forklift operators need a current LF licence. If you don't have a forklift ticket but want one, mention it in your application; we sometimes support staff to get certified.
Do you offer apprenticeships or internships?
Not formally. We've taken on junior staff in customer service and warehouse roles before, but we don't run a structured apprenticeship program. If you're early-career and keen, get in touch.
Ready to Apply?
Send your CV through and we'll be in touch. Even if there's no opening today, we'll keep your details on file.
